This time I'm diving into why once we submit your mortgage application and get an approval back from the lender, we need all the facts on the application to stay the same while the conditions are fulfilled and until it’s complete. Otherwise it could it could become unbalanced and fall through.

Don’t change jobs.
Don’t take a lower paying position at the same company.
Don’t buy a new car.
Don’t buy a new couch.
Don’t take on more debt.
